1. GOTO Start Menu  > Run > cmd.exe

 

2. Type diskpart and HIT ENTER

3. list disk

 

4. Now Type select disk 1 and HIT ENTER

 

5. Attributes disk clear read only

You Can also setup a prank for your friend, you can make his/her Pen Drive Write Protected

6. Attributes disk set readonly

 

Now you are done
